Hey again,
I had a quick question about pudding. When I am in phase 2 and am allowed to have sugar free/ff pudding, why can I only have the cook and serve one and not cup style? There really is no difference between them except the cup style has less calories! What gives? |

| there is a difference between them and i dont use the cook and serve i use the ff/sf kind that is instant. Check the ingredients I think you will notice there is a lot more than you think that is different. |

This question comes up a lot. Check out this thread:

The sugar-free, fat-free pudding powder that you add skim milk to is fine... so it does not have to be cook and serve. As was mentioned, it is the INSTANT in a box. It's quite good and there are lots of flavors... not a bad deal really. |
