Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum but I've been reading for a couple of weeks. I have definately had a lot of questions cleared up from reading, so thanks. I think I FINALLY bought the right salad dressing!

I lost 10 pounds before Christmas pre-SBD by exercising and eating less, but I found I was still eating junk. I started SBD with my husband on Jan 14 and I really like the principles. Eating well finally made sense. I have lost 18 pounds on SBD for a total weight loss of 28 pounds!! I feel so much better and I've acheived 2 of my mini goals. I would like to lose another 23 pounds so I'm more than half way there. I still have my moments, of course. I find my weakness is in the evening after the kids go to bed. But I know those are just habits and not cravings anymore.

One question I do have is about flax meal. I've looked everywhere and I haven't seen it. Is it the same as ground flax seed?

Yes, flaxmeal is gorund flax seeds. You can buy it at any health food store or at a health section of most grocery stores.

I would go with the ground flaxseed and mix it up in your favorite drink cause the stuff doesn't taste too good.

I like it on my morning cereal (P2) and many also like it in their yogurt. I think it adds a nice nutty flavor! :)
