ok guys here are my week 1 results. and new goals for week 2
Week 1
REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 3/4 workouts @ 5 points each = 15 points
Strength:_2_/3 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Goals: Met _3_/3 goals @ 5 points each = 15 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: _40_ POINTS
BONUSES:
Additional cardio: _1_ @ 3 points each = _3_ points
Additional strength: __ @ 3 points each = __ points
Workouts over 90 minutes: __ @ 5 points each = __ points
Push it: _1_ @ 2 points each: _2_points
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: _5_ POINTS
TOTAL POINTS: __45_points
week 2 goals :
1. read more of my bible
2. keep drinking my 64 oz of water
3. no cokes |

Hey guys !
Sorry i didn't check earlier (was away for a couple of days), but I noticed that only Ktty posted points for week 1...
Usually, points should be posted every week, at the beginning of the week (Monday-Tuesday are the best).
Could be a great week, or a bad week (I know at least one member on another team had 20 points in week 1), but reporting is the best way to take time to see if we did respect our goals...
I would appreciate if all results were posted in the Result Thread. Not that I want to be picky, but it would greatly help me keeping tracks... Thanks ! |
