| Anyone know what is the latest edition available? I was thinking about ordering from ebay or Amazon but I don't want a really old version. |

I doubt much of it has changed other than food lists and the current ones are here anyway linked into the FAQ and the meal planning template is better and more comprehensive here than the menus in the book. The basics of how and why it works which is the primary value of it IMO, and well worth the read, probably hasn't changed all that much. Or you could wait another month or so until the new "supercharged" version hits the streets with a greater emphasis on exercise as sort of the "forgotten" component in the original book.
But no I don't know what the latest edition available is. Maybe check with a local bookstore like Barnes & Noble or Borders, etc. They probably have a way of looking that kind of info up. |
