There are lots of people that have acheived it. It just depends on how committed you are. I have over 100lbs to lose and I've lost over 56 lbs since october 22. This isnt really a diet though, its a lifestyle, when you are ready to make that change then you should be ready to start towards losing the 100lbs and keeping it off.

i'm convinced the food we eat when off the Beach makes us crave the food we eat......... in short, don't eat that stuff and You won't crave it. You'll see. Can't wait for You to post Your amazing results! Go for it! What's Your other option? Getting heavier? Nope...... See You on the Beach!

If you look at my signature below, you'll see I lost 100 pounds in 2004, same starting weight. I'm a girl  , so my aim is to lose another 20 this year.

I've lost and maintained about 75 pounds. I have a few more vanity pounds I'd like to get rid of. I may end up close to 100 pounds lighter at some point. Who knows? (no one, since I didn't even weigh myself when I started.)
It's definitely possible. Just remember that you can't lose it all at once-- it's going to come off just a bit at a time, but it all adds up. |

you can edit your posts too! ;) just click on the edit button in the upper right side of the title bar of that particular post. you can delete them too if no one has posted after you with the "X" which is only visible if you are the last post in a thread. And since I just posted after you, you won't see it!

thatguy5883, you are in for a treat!! Just don't get in a rut eating the same old, same old. Try new foods, check out the recipes on this site and don't expect to lose 100 lbs in two months. But I'll tell you one thing......if you really get committed to eating the SB way, you WILL see a startling change by the X-mas holidays!!!

I know it's possible, but I also wonder how long it would take to get rid of 100 lbs... approximately?
