Veges: How many are we supposed to have in day- I know that you can never have enough but I want to make sure that I am getting the amount that I SHOULD have.

Cheese- Much debate about this! How much per day?

Example: I am making a "mock waffle" for breakfast tomorrow. It has richotta chesse in it. Should I cool it on the Milk and Cheese products then? When I have these, I ususally do not have any more cheese for the day. There is 1/4 C richotta in these.

Sweets:
I picked up a box of "The Original Brand Popsicle Fudgsicle and Creamsicle Sugar Free Multi pack the other day.

The ingredients for each is as follows:
Each are based on 2 pieces- I only eat one

Popsicle
Calories 20

Fudgesicle

Creamsicle

If the numbers are not listed, that means Zero.

You seem to have some information confused:
Veggies:
breakfast: AT LEAST 1/2 CUP of veggies OR 6 oz of veggie juice.
Lunch and dinner: AT LEAST 2 CUPS EACH at lunch and dinner.

Quote: Cheese- Much debate about this! How much per day?
For this diet cheese is counted as a protein and it's unlimited.
The serving for low-fat milk/plain yogurt is up to 2 cups per day.

Sweets:
We count the calories from sweet treats up to 100 calories per day.
Your fudgscicles are fine. You can have 5 popcicles, 1 fudgcicle and 2 creamcicle.

Enjoy,

Technically cheese is unlimited is true. Some will say that it is still calorie dense as far as SB foods go and 3-4 servings a day is probably a good rule of thumb as it can be a "diet-buster" for some people. A 1/4 cup of ricotta is likely just a single serving (not sure though, might even be less than a serving), so I wouldn't let that limit other cheeses during the day and as Ami points out, it has nothing to do with the dairy allowance at all since they are in different categories.

hey Thanks so much to both of you for the information!

I had my information backwards.......... It turns out that I have been shorting myself with dairy. Veges I am ok with.............. I was suprised about the dessert pops that I mentioned. again, underestimated it.

Thanks again for the news I can use! Fantastic!
