Team 1 Week 2 Spring Challenge

Ok, just starting us off for this week!

My goals are:

1) Eat clean 5/7 days - this means 2 grains, 2 fruits, only 1 nut serving per day, 2 cheese servings, and at least 4 cups veggies.

2) At least one spinning class this week.

3) Go through the circuit that my trainer designed for me last summer at least once this week.

I only got 43 points last week. I will do better this week. I had some family emergency stuff happen early last week, so I was dealing with all that.

Weekly goals:

1)Drink 2-3 bottles of water a day
2)Walk 3 times for 30 minutes
3)Try 1 new SBD recipe

Should we have a name for our team or just keep it as Team 1? Any
ideas?

I ended up posting on the first week thread :oops: , so I have posted there and here!

It's as you wish, but for your info, most team choose to just have one thread for the entire challenge. Make it easier for people posting less often to follow everything.

Then again, it's up to you guys !
