I was so thrilled to see that I lost 5 pounds this week! In addition to changing the way I eat, I've been walking and have started back with Pilates. I just weighed in and I have lost 13 pounds so far...Phase 2 rocks! I have also started training for the Shamrock Shuffle 8K run here in Chicago. In addition to running, I do Pilates and yoga — I had no idea how much I would like exercising. I have seen great results: Inches are coming off and my weight is coming down. I am so happy that I lost 7.8 pounds on the first week of the South Beach Diet! I have eaten more this week than before I started — and I have had no cravings. I have two bad knees and I use a cane, but I exercise at a gym and I do a pool program four times a week to keep me moving. The results are so motivating! capecodboop (3305234)
