Lorka,
Tell me a few things.....how long does the workout take? Have you seen results? I like videos, and have been looking at some of Jari Loves but they seem to long....I'm usually very dedicated for about 45 minutes, after that I start dreading the workouts. Right now I do some of Cindy Whitmarsh's and The Biggest Loser. Thanks! |

This video is awesome... It's the Ripped 1000 one (if you want to check it out). It's about 45 minutes and does cardio then strength, cardio then strength, back and forth.... That way, you get your heartrate up and down like intervals. My muscle tone increased really quickly (I didn't lose weight because I reached my goal a couple of years ago).
I was already in great shape when I started them, and I totally felt it the next day - and still do when I use it. I have all the videos but one, and this one I like the best because it's cardio + strength training.
you do need free weights though - and there is a step, but they offer an alternative if you don't have one. And it works your whole bod! |

That sounds great! I like the 45 minutes, I as well don't need to lose weight, but my body gets used to the same workouts and I get bored too! I usually can do the intermediate/advanced sections. I really like the biggest loser video, but I've been at it for about eight weeks. I have plenty of free weights, but no step. I don't mind adding one to my home gym though. I'd like to buy it, but I don't know how to do this online with ya? I don't think I can post my email? Let me know.
