Good luck on the weekend. I think I am going to take a break from " official " exercise today. Really feel yesterday's work out.

My goal is to " keep moving " today. Doing all those little things around the house through out the day so I do not just sit on the couch all day.

Started out by getting more veggies ready for the weekend.

Good morning group,
I had a successful weekend , hope you all did also.

I am off to the gym for both cardio and strength training. I happy to say that a pair of jeans fit today that did not 3 weeks ago and I really feel it is the exercise.

Let's keep at this . We can be fit by summer!!!

not so great with exercise, kids have been sick so i have not been able to get to the gym with them.

But last thursday i went on a awesome 1 1/2 hour hike with one kid in the stroller. Felt great. other wise just chasing the kids and working, RN in the ER. I know i need more cardio, and will work on that this week.

I am off to the gym now but could not go yesterday I was so tired, not sore so much as just wiped out.
I feel good when I leave the gym but an hour later I am useless.
I do weight training on nautilus machines for 40 min and them do 30 min on the treadmill.
I am still a heavy person so I am carry around a lot of weight when I do these so that is why I think I am so tired. Hubby says I should lower the settings on the machines but then I feel like I am wasting my time.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Does anyone do the nautilus at the Y and has some insight?

sorry i did not post my new points was in hospital with son. we almost lost him . we just found out he has diabetes type 1. we just got out today. will get on tommorrow to post and see how everyone is doing/

Sorry to hear that your son have health issues, and I really hope he is better.

I guess the "good" side is that at least you know what he have and hopefully, his diabetes can be controlled.

I am still working on my exercise routine but am not keeping such a good record that I could score myself. I never printed out the point scedule , it was a little complicated for me. I will scroll back and see if I can figure it out.

TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 45__ POINTS

Week 3 : didn't count it yet, but will probably be somewhere around 30...

Everyone is different, but you can be sure that for me, seeing these numbers motivate me to do better next week !
