OK HERE IS MY MONTHLY GOAL.
IT IS TO GET INTO THE NEXT SIZE DOWN OF JEANS A 13.

MY WEEKLY GOALS ARE :
1. DRINK MY 64 OZ OF WATER A DAY.
2.TAKE 30 MINUTES A DAY TO MYSELF
3. TRY A NEW SBF RECIPE

GOOD LUCK TEAM 2 AND LETS START THINKING ABOUT A NAME. SOMETHING FUN.

Hi,

I am on day 3 of my diet. I signed up for the challenge but when I got the info it all looked very confusing. The bottom line is ............. I did 45 min of cardio today.
My goal it to go to the gym 5 days a week
tomorrow I will do strength training for 40 min and see how much cardio I can do.

My ultimate goal is to look better this summer. I don't like to assign a number to it because I find that upsetting when the scale does not move when I know I am doing well.

I am on your team now too! Trying to start this diet today, went to the store nad stocked up on veggies and eggs and chicken breast. I even bought some V8 veg. juice :? .

My monthly goal: see 154 on the scale.

Daily goal: drink 2 L water a day, EAT EAT EAT VEGGIES!!!

Exercise Goal: 30-45 mins cardio 3-4 days per week

I have never done a fitness challenge. I hope i hang in there :)

Ok Day 4 for me.

My goal for today is to drink the water.
I am going to set a goal for 3 - 1pt bottles of water.
I drink about 8 cups of tea a day so I am hoping that will take care of the remainder of ounces.

Have not gone to the gym yet but hubby and I have it on our schedule.

My goal
Do my strenth training program and then.....
cardio...... I usually do 30 minutes when I do strength but I am going to try and push it to 40

last goal..........

do not feel guilty if I can not do the cardio ...I am stressed today and I have a pattern of doing just that and then lose focus on my diet.......
I am sure some of you have the problem

OK so i need to get to the gym!!!!

I choked down a can of V8 this morning, maybe warm would be better :? and 2 hardboiled eggs.

the scale is dropping but i am sure mostly water at this stage. I have seen 157 a couple times but never 156 so i am getting excited!!! MAybe by the weekend.

HOw is everyone else doing?

40 min strength training
35 min cardio

yesterday did not do gym but water and food went well.

Your team seems to be doing great !

However, it looks like 2 persons either forgot that the challenge started on monday, or decided not to do it.

I just wanted you to know I contacted them. As soon as I have news, I'll let you know !

Did great all day yesterday. AS I stated in earliar post did my exercise but also did great on food all day and managed to drink all that water.

opps. forgot to write goals for today.

Prepare food for next few days( cauliflower, humus, fish )

Drink those pesky 8 glasses of water

Do some cardio housework.
( did too much on my torn facshia yesterday so my foot is too sore to do gym today...it needs a rest)

And of course
Eat those good foods that I am preparing this morning!!

Just got back from the Gym .

Accomplished.
40 min strength training
20 min cardio

My cardio was a little shorter today because I am having unexpected company for the weekend and need my energy for doing beds, meals etc.

hey guys !!! sounds like everyone is doing good. me well i have done walking , some pull ups, which by the way did not go so well. only 10. pretty bad huh.i have done some areobics. and some wieght traning. anyway everyone sounds like they are on top of it.Good luck!
