I'm off to the gym, but I'll be back to post my goals, etc., here. Just thought I'd get us started.

Ok, my goal for the month is to get down below 200 pounds again. Even if it's just 199.9 - I'll take it!
Weekly goals:
1) Eat clean 5/7 days this week.
2) Walk for at least 35 minutes at a 4.0 km/h pace, incline of 2% - I can keep this pace for about 25 minutes on an incline of about 2.5%, but I really want to start increasing my stamina, so this is how I'll begin.
3) Stretch after every workout! |

My challenge goal is to get my body toned.
My weekly goals are:
1) to pack my lunch 4 days/week
2) to start walking for 30 minutes a day (at least)
3) to clean out my drawer (big drawer!)
I plan to walk on my treadmill when I get home tonight! |

Challenge goal is to lose 8-10 pounds.
Weekly goals..
1.) Drink 3-4 bottles of water everyday
2.) Wake up 20 minutes earlier every morning and do a quick work out (again after work, which is what I would normally do)
3.) Stretch twice daily! |

Challenge goal is to lose 6-10 pounds.
Weekly goals..
1.) Drink more water everyday
2.) No more than two Diet sodas per day
3.) Eat three beachy meals and at least two healthy snacks daily
4.) Avoid late night eating
5.) Go through stockings and knee hi's-get rid of holey ones and organize the survivors
6.) Floss more! |

I only got 43 points last week. I will do better this week. I had some family emergency stuff happen early last week, so I was dealing with all that.
Weekly goals:
1)Drink 2-3 bottles of water a day
2)Walk 3 times for 30 minutes
3)Try 1 new SBD recipe
Should we have a name for our team or just keep it as Team 1? Any ideas? |

I hope everything is ok and that it was nothing too serious.
I had a really crappy week - had to leave town to go find an apartment in Ottawa, and then got hit by a really terrible winter storm. Spent Thursday on a delayed train to Ottawa, Friday traipsing around the city in the beginning of the storm to find an apartment (about six hours worth - ugh), then Friday night and all Saturday cooped up in a friend's place, and then all of Sunday (yesterday) on yet another delayed train. I didn't expect the storm to be quite so bad, and neither did my friend, so there wasn't much healthy food to eat, although that went ok. There was no time for workouts though. I'll make it up this week! |

| I have walked 2 days for 40 minutes so far. Yesterday I had to run to the store and it was late when I got back. I needed to make supper and get the kiddos a bath and ready for bed. Where does all the time go? Tonight we are heading to the library, so I am hoping to get some strength training in today after we go. Probably no cardio. Try to do more on Friday and Saturday. |

My goals for the week are (posted in another thread, but we can just keep this one, no problem):
1) Eat clean 5/7 days - this means 2 grains, 2 fruits, only 1 nut serving per day, 2 cheese servings, and at least 4 cups veggies.
2) At least one spinning class this week.
3) Go through the circuit that my trainer designed for me last summer at least once this week. |

Turns out I'd miscalculated my points for Week 1 - not that my totals were really any better lol, but 42 is better than 36. This week was a bit better (53 points), but not enough strength training.
Goals for this week:
1. Do 3 rounds of the circuit my trainer designed for me over the summer at least once this week - I usually crap out after the 2nd circuit, so this'll be tough.
2. Do a 75 minute spin class this week.
3. Eat dinner by 8pm, even if pulling a long night at the library, and no late night snacking after. |
