Challenge goal is to lose 6-10 pounds.

1.) Drink more water everyday
2.) No more than two Diet sodas per day
3.) Eat three beachy meals and at least two healthy snacks daily
4.) Avoid late night eating
5.) Go through stockings and knee hi's-get rid of holey ones and organize the survivors

6-Spring Loaded : 147 pts (missing 2 members)

With those results,not surprisingly :
TRI Harder are in first place :wow: Huge lead, since you have 597 pts
Next is Springing Four-Ward team, with 506 pts. I have to ask : Wenchiepoo, how do you do it ?
Third place goes to : KUKU,with 487 pts.
So I guess, for everyone we just have to remember : Try harder !!! (well, wenchiepoo, we don't want you dying from exhaustion, so no need to work out harder in your case (but I definitively should).

Hi ! To my knowledge, no challenges are currently going on (or planned) on this forum.
If you want to organize one, you can search for past challenge to see some format of previous challenges.
Or... you can go to : southbeachfriends.net
A lot of people are active on both forums, but challenges are currently more active on the other one.
