| nope it's not. a better rule of thumb is 10% of your total desired loss and you are weigh ahead of that. really though, it's designed to be a slow, long term (i.e the rest of your life) weight loss and weight maintenance program. Once you have that perspective, the actual rate of loss is largely immaterial. you're doing fine and ready to move on to P2 in 3 days! |
