YES!! YES!! You will get your energy back. For me, I have gained energy I have not had before. I feel fresh and awake most of the day now where I used to have to take a nap to stay up past nine. I really like to sleep still I get about 9 to 10 hours a night but that never helped my before I still felt tired. I have been on sbd for just over a month. I am down 12 lbs and feeling great! Stick with it and you will too.

gym was okay...lifted heavy and did two sets in this cycle which'll be fine for this second week. had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 8 cashews before and did okay.

thanks for everyone's support.

8.6 pounds in a week is wonderful - congrats!

Your energy will come back - I'm starting phase two today, but during the second week of phase one I found I had lots more energy and felt a lot better then before I started the SBD. Make sure you're getting enough protein and lots of veggies and water.

Congrats on the big loss so far!

You willget your energy back. I go to the gym 6 days a week and when I was in P1 I was really tired and lethargic for the first 7 days. I still went to the gym, but my workouts were definitley not as intense.

Then, on my seventh day I woke up and felt significantly better. I had my energy back. It was as if it took my body 7 days to adjust. Hang in there.
