I am just so frustrated! My skin is a mess-please help.
I can not decide whether it is a food reaction--I notice when I cut out sugar/processed foods that my skin is clearer--but that isn't the easiest thing to do. I need to lose weight and I am doing weight watchers. I have so many skin care products--some burn. I have like a little grain of sand in my pore that comes to the surface when it finally starts to heal---what is that?? It also takes a long time to heal. Could it be ingrown facial hair. I am 47 and have had a hysterectomy--so I get some facial hair. Thanks! |

| If cutting out the processed foods and the sugar helps then I say try to keep doing that. I know for me too, when I don't eat that stuff my face is much, much clearer. I know it's hard....but you can do it! :D |

| I agree! I wasn't for sure that this was what was helping and wanted to ask if others had the same results. I have just recently put the two (diet and acne) together---and I think it is the cause. thanks! Rhonda |
