lower body weight loss?

Has anyone had success losing weight in the thighs/hips area? I know that the SBD is great for midsection loss...I'd appreciate some info/encouragment in this...thanks!

I'm sorry, I don't have a sure answer for you, but I know for me--that I have to work out my lower body to see better difinition.

i've lost weight all over. but I have a lot to lose. i think that if you are really overweight, you will lose weight from where your body needs to lose it... I wish I would lose more belly but I have lost a lot of arm weight and some leg weight and over two inches in my neck area alone.

Yeah, you will lose all over eventually as long as you have a reasonable calorie deficit. SB especially targets the midsection for people with messed up blood sugar, but that isn't the only place it works on.

It probably depends on where you mostly store fat. Mine is all over from my face to my legs. And the weight I lost so far, I also lost all over. Even my wedding ring fits a little loser now. And yes I lost a lot of weight in my hips and thighs also. I dropped 2 jeans sizes to prove it. I would think the last place you put on fat is the first place you will lose it. I didn't see the fat only go in my midsection. It went down all over right away. But there's also still plenty left to work on. Good luck. :D
