| Hi all; I started SBD this last Monday so today is my second day. I did the plan a few years ago on the advice of my md but fell off the wagon back then. I have re-read the book and have some support this time around. I'm so glad to have found this board!! I can't wait to get to know ya'll better. |

| I am new too...this is the end of day #4 for me...and I am happy to say I feel a lot better today then I did yesterday! Each day it gets easier to say no to bad foods, and while some people say they feel "fluish" from lack of carbs, I feel like I have more energy today! |

that is actually also a symptom of lack of carbs. are you getting in your 2 cups of dairy (not cheese which is a protein), minimum of 4.5 cups of veggies and some amount of beans/legumes daily?
