Week 1:
I am ready physically and mentally for the challenge. I have exercised everyday at least 60 minutes since January 1st and want to see how long I can continue my streak.
WEEKLY GOALS
1. Keep the exercise streak going.
2. Drink more water
3. Stay up on my academic reading this semester
4. Keep my bedroom/clothes neater
REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: __workouts @ 5 points each = __points

Water: __/7 days @ 2 points each = __ points
Goals: Met __/3 goals @ 5 points each = __ points

Weekly Goals
1) Keep eating phase 1 food till the 10th
2) Walk 10,000 steps daily while at my mom's (10th - 15th)
3) Eat breakfast before I work out in morning! |

Week 1 Goals:
1. Run or walk at least 5 miles each day, including Fred Lebow Classic (5M)
2. Eat more FRESH veggies & fruits
3. Keep up my defenses against the first cookie!

| just so happy it is back! how did everyone do without the support? me well not so good. i did lose 5 pounds, which i guess is not bad. just wanted to see how everyone is and how all did. stinks that everytime i oput a challenge , the board goes down. maybe somone else should post it this time. for feb.LOL I am game. well hope to hear from you all |
