Wow am I glad this forum is back up and running! :)

I have been in 'p3' since July. The toll the Holidays took on me was about 3 lbs. Do you recommend I go back on p1 to straighten back out- or do you think p2 would be ok? I have also started my SB food-journal back up which always helps me stay true to this woe as well.

For me, I'd just tighten up P2 and see how it goes. Others might recommend going back to P1 if you feel you have cravings. 3 lbs. really isn't all that much to get back off.

That is kind of what I was thinking too. Thanks! If I find it too hard to resist any craving for sweets (my downfall) I will go back to p1.
