We are always in a hurry. We usually don`t have time to do everything slowly. It`s just the way of living.
But stop and think about your health!!! Don`t spare time for your health. Moreover, don`t you want to ENJOY food? Try to TASTE food. Enjoy EVERY moment eating.
It is not only a pleasant process, it is really useful for our health and prevents overeating.

Most of us are in such a rush every day that we really don't take the time to sit down, relax and have a nice day. I think that this is one of my biggest problems.
But since I force myself to sit down and enjoy my meals I am feeling much better and losing a bit of weight too!
