Hi all. As a student and professional for the past few years, I packed on the pounds sitting at my desk. I gained and lost, but in the last 1.5 year I just kept gaining! Now I'm facing an archy dig this Summer which is just the incentive to get back into shape!

Never much for junk food, it's the lack of exercise that's done me in. So, here I am. SB seems like a sensible way that fits my lifestyle. Support is important and I'm the kind to give as well as receive.
