Wow!! I am a 19 year old college student and I began the South Beach Diet four days ago and I am thrilled at my results already. I decided to begin this diet because I began taking birth control and as a result gained about 15 pounds. I am small in stature so 15 pounds makes a very large difference in my appearance. I decided to start this diet while home on winter break so that I would not have the temptation that my college cafeteria offers, and so that I would have the support of my family as well. In four days I have lost 6 pounds!! I am so happy with this diet and how simple it is. I have one question however. I return back to school in a week and I was wondering about the snacks. I need something very quick and simple that I can eat between classes. I fear that I might grow tired of almonds and celery before then. Haha. If anyone has any ideas, that would be great! Thank you!

string cheese home made pita chips with wedge laughing cow cheese umm i dont have much variety in my snacks lol i just switched to walnuts instead of pistachos because a friend has pcos and was in a study for ucdavis and saw great results with eating walnuts
