Really can't suggest anything other than, read the book over and over. This WOE does work.
And know that there is a whole community of SB'ers here to help! :) |

| Ok, thanks...wish me luck and I will do the same for you...I did the Atkins about 4 years ago..lost about 35lbs...but gained it all back, I didnt really enjoy the Atkins..I'm hoping this is better! |

| read the FAQ thread with links to lots of good resource threads. It's a "sticky" thread at the top of several of the main forums. It has updated food lists and menu plan templates that are helpful for many people. But most of all think of it as permanently changing your diet, and not going on a diet. Diets don't work. |

| Well its tough..but down 2 pounds! And I'm just thrilled! I haven't been following the rules to the "T" though and I'm trying to change that...Giving up the sodas have proven to be harder than what I thought it would be..but I will Conquer the Challenge! |
