Any PP moms ready for their body back in 2008?

Hello ladies
Been with SBD since 2004. Doing really well in Spring with my weight at its lowest (130) only to become pregnant and throw it all away with terrible eating during the final months of my pregnancy! I have a son who is 22 mts (yes I have two children under the age of 2- crazy I know).

Had a beautiful boy in November and I am ready now to begin working on shedding those pounds with SBD and excersice. I am currently breastfeeding so I know Phase II is ok. I am highly motivated and MUST do this! I have to be able to chase after my two boys. I also teach at the local college and would like to be able to wear clothes that fit!

Anyone else recently have a baby and getting back in shape?

Hi Miss K! I was sucessful with the SBD pre-pregnancy but gave it up during the nine months of carrying my little girl. She was born December 6th! She craved the carbs!
But I'm ready to begin again. I set a start date of January 8th and have been getting myself ready. Went out and bought the SBD Summer recipe cookbook today! Can't wait to get back into the swing of things. I'd like to lose 28.4 pounds.

So my baby is over 10 mnths my big boy is 2 1/2 I never lost weight frm preg #1 so I got 40lbs to go.... I gotta do it!

I had my baby in October and I am soooo ready to shed my pounds! My goal is to weigh 135 by June. 6 months to lose 30 pounds...I think it's a reasonable goal!!

Hey mommas! This is my first go with SBD after having DD in July. I am nursing exclusivly so I wanted to wait until DD started on solids to go on SBD. I am only on day 3 but feel GREAT. I had forgotten how good I feel while eating this way. I was constantly hungry in the past and totally blamed it on nursing, but really I was eating the WRONG foods. So far no issues with supply and I am drinking lots of mother's milk tea to combat that! Good luck to us all.

For the record, I have about 10 pounds to lose to get to PP weight. Then I have about 10 pounds from my FIRST pregnancy to lose :oops: . My goal weight is 120-125. I am currently 140. :shock:

Yep, I have about 13 pounds to lose to get to pre-baby weight. I am 10 months pp and NEED to lose this weight by her 1st birthday, for my sanity!

Campbell-we have similary goals! I am 138 and need to get to 120-125! Good luck everyone! It's not easy with kids, but we WILL do it!
