| I am very happy to annonce that i finally did it i have been on south beach diet since april and today i have reach my goal of 190 lbs , the last time that i saw that number on my scale was on my wedding day 12 years ago i am so happy that i have decided to go for 20 more and my husband has given me an early xmas gift for all my hard work he is paying for my tummy tuck . i have lost a big 80 lbs :P |

| congrats! i wouldnt get a tummy tuck now though if you are planning on losing more weight, it is recommended that you lose all your weight and keep it off for a period of time (i think generally recommended is 1 year) before spending the money. just my point of view i wouldnt want to have to pay twice! |
