| What time do you workout? And do you find it is better at one time or another? I used to work out after work, but found that I was so tired from the day's events that I sometimes slacked off. Today I got up at 5am and now am feeling better than I have. Anyone else? |

I used to work out late morning and found that the best; but because of work I switched to very early morning, (5:30AM). I now like that better! Just lately I added early morning on Saturday (7:30AM) and Sunday (9:35AM) and like that too. I still have 2 late afternoon classes and I found to enjoy them I must carefully monitor my card intaken during the afternoon, not too much and not too little. If that seems a little confused, maybe if you see my schedule you will understand:
Monday: 5:30AM BodyPump; 5:10PM BodyCombat
Tuesday: 5:30AM BodyStep
Wednesday: 5:30AM BodyPump
Thursday: 5:30AM BodyFlow; 6:15PM BodyCombat
Friday: Day of rest
Saturday: 7:30AM BodyPump; 8:35AM BodyStep
Sunday: 9:35AM BodyCombat; 10:40AM BodyFlow |

| I workout in the mornings. I have always preferred mornings. It is pretty much a personal choice. I am a morning person, my mind and body starts shutting down in the afternoon. I am going to be switching to a later afternoon class two days a week - hopefully it'll work out for me. |
