1. Get back into a regular workout routine (after last week's "resting" period).
2. Try a new class at the gym (Rebounding? aka, fun on trampolines).
3. Leave early one morning and take a long walk to work.


Sorry about the points, folks... like I said, I was taking it easy and didn't want to stress myself out before my event yesterday... which, by the way, went quite well and was awesome! 10 miles, 1000 stairs around the city.. I believe they counted "down" stairs in with the thousand.. even still! It was a great time, beautiful weather, and I even made a new friend. We fundraised for diabetes and walked in support of those who are dealing with it. It must be terribly consuming, to have to check your blood sugar all day long and regulate yourself, change your whole lifestyle really...

I had a dreadful week. :? Sorry :cry: Will do much better next week.
One thing I am not having a problem with is water- it has been hot down here!

Goals: Met _1_/3 goals @ 5 points each = _5_ points -Found lots of recipes for this week!

Trying a new recipe __1_ /2 points = __2_ points ( Think trying peanut butter on celery counts? I would never dreamed of doing that before.
