Hi all, this past week was the busiest ever while on a challenge
and it reflects it! I just did barely the bare minumum.
Have been out exercising today and am ready to start back full
force.
REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 3/4 workouts @ 5 points each = 15 points
Strength: 3/3 workouts @ 5 points each = 15 points
Water: 4/7 days @ 2 points each = 8 points
Goals: 3/3 goals met @ 5 points each = 15 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 53 POINTS
BONUSES:
Additional strength: 1 @ 3 points each = 3 points
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 3 POINTS
TOTAL POINTS: 56 Points
WEEKLY GOALS:
1. Add more veggies/low gly fruits (berries) 5/7 days.
