Hi,
I'm starting SB again and I'm in P1. Anyway, I've started doing my 1 hour of cardio again and in the mornings on an empty stomach.
Problem: 20 mins after I'm done I'm so sick. I'll feel like (or come close) to vomiting.
I know working out on an empty stomach is best but what can I do to avoid the sickness.
Thanx |

| How hard are you exercising? Or the intensity of your workout? Have you tried eating a little something before you workout to see if it makes any difference? |

Hi,
Thanx for replying. I try to go as hard (intensity-wise) as possible. Today I didn't go hard, but I was still sick afterwards. Yesterday, I had a piece of sausage before and I was still sick afterwards. |

| Well sausage isn't exactly the best choice to eat on an empty stomach. Try something thats not greasy or gassy and see how that works out. Also drink more water in the morning. |

| I agree with toese. How long after you eat breakfast do you excersice? I usually like to exercise with an empty stomach, or at after 2 -3 hours of my last meal.If I do eat something, it is probably a tablespoon of peanut butter or a small apple. If I eggs or anything that is too heavy, before I go out for a jog or walk, I get very sick ( stomachache, nauses and just feel like if I was about to pass out) so try something lighter before working out. |
