Not a really good week, but since I was starting from 0 cardio, 0 strength for the last month, it haven't be that easy to get back on track !
Yesterday I did resist buying a dessert / sweet while studying, even though I was really tempted. When that happens, I just remember why these challenge are so important to me !!!
Week 1:

Last goal won't make sense to anyone but me, so I'll explain a bit : for my exam, one way to do the memorization is to use a Question-Based Summary. Total of 32 questions, over 80 really condensed pages that need to be known perfectly. I'm finishing the memorization of question 32 today. Unfortunately, since it takes a couple of week to go all through it. So, by the time your over with the last one, you forgot half of what you've studied...
Since it'll be my second shot at it, I figure I should be able to revise everything in 7 days. Won't be easy (especially when taking time to work-out) but it's worth it !!!

Well I came close, but didn't quite earn my real ice cream treat. I ate more beachy this week than I have in a long, long time - go me! Additionally, go team go. :)
It's kinda sucky because I feel like I do so much walking during the day (and I do), but usually my walks are under 30 minutes. I didn't cheat and count the 25-minute walks, even... :) So, in other words, my points don't accurately reflect how much I was moving my butt this week!
What about a name like... Jadzercise or something?? (To refer to our challenge initiator, of course) 8) |

An ok week for me but I am really finding a challenge to increase my exercise.

I'm doing good, both on my challenges (I'm in line with my study schedule for a change !) and with my exercices (2 cardio, 2 strength so far). I'll just have to keep up that pace ! |

Howdy,
I am doing well this week, with eating, working out, and resting/rebuilding my muscles to be stronger. I plan on working out at the gym tomorrow night, and walking during lunchtime once or twice this week.
On Friday I have a consultation with the anethesiologist who will be helping me out when I have my wisdom teeth out in a couple of weeks - eek! I'm kinda nervous about that, but I know it's a very standard and routine procedure...and hopefully I won't be one of the 10% who has temporary or permanent numbness in her bottom lip. :roll:

Hi !
Kjaceyma, I can understand you being nervous about your wisdom teeth. It's not as bad as we think it is though. Actually, when I got mine removed, it went very well... Had a bit of pain the day after, but that's about it.
Study day today. I'll do at least a strength session today, maybe also a cardio one.

Today was not good study-wise, but was great for exercises !
I did one cardio session this morning, a strength (arms) session at the beginning of the afternoon. Tonight I did 30 min of biking.
Since I received the HipHopAbs kit today, I wanted to try it, so I did the 15 min introduction... was a great work-out for my abs !
Should be a great week overall ! |
