hey there,

sounds like everyone's doing great... i decided actually to have my starting date be october 6, instead of monday the 8th.. that means i've done 3 cardio workouts so far and 1 strength - will do 1 more tonight at yoga, which i'm really looking forward to! it makes me focus and it also makes me relax..

keep up the great work, team! any thoughts on a team name?

Hi !

Glad to see everyone is doing well !

Just did my 3rd strength session this week.

Overall, it won't be my best week, but it's a great come back from last month !

lisa - congrats on finishing P1 !

Unfortunately, I'm not a very creative person, but I'll try to find an idea for the team's name somewhere today.
