Hi Cheeky,
I am up a few pounds too - for the same reasons. Will feel good to get back on track! I still have about 10 pounds I'd like to lose.

Yesterday did cardio and upper body strength. Lots of water and NO SUGAR!
Today will be cardio and lower body strength. Lots of water and I'm changing one of my goals to include more veggies in my diet.

Well, I didn't make it to the gym yesterday - not feeling so hot. Still not feeling great, but will go today and try for 30 min on treadmill, and some lower body strength.

When do we post our results for the week - on Saturday or Sunday?

I might not get a chance at computer later today
and may have to post tomorrow.

I was also wondering when I post - I started on Tuesday (late start due to Thanksgiving), so I think I post my results this Tuesday. If you can confirm for me Jadzia, that'd be great.
