HELP!

I broke down earlier today and had 4 small pieces of dark chocolate. I have no idea where this came from!!

I feel strange today...although I feel like I have a cold, I was terribly munchie after I ate my lunch--which is how I stumbled upon some dark chocolate pieces in my locker I keep for emergencies. It seems like I shouldn't have an appetite at all!!

GRRR!

Just doing a drive by

Food was off a bit last night but I did try a new recipe.

I am good on my goals so far, staying away from the SB PB cup!

I did 2 cardios and 1 strength yesterday and 1 cardio today

Otter - no I'm not an aerobics instructor. Use to do them a lot years ago, just getting back into it.

I was gone Wednesday and Thursday. Did ok at the seminar dinner, gave the potatoes to my husband at the broc and steak (1/2), but I did scarf down the chocolate cake they put infront of me - way too rich! I did also breakdown and have a frosted brownie each day and one cookie. I did some power walking during lunch - went to the outlet and had 1 hour to shop. First my car was parked a ways from the seminar so I hoofed to it then power walked the mall shopping. Didn't buy a thing. Was looking for shorts and capris in smaller size and there wasn't any.

Going out of town again tonight and a wedding tomorrow. I'll check in on Sunday and hopefully get back on track with the exercise and eating well. Don't think I did too well with the challenge this week. I do get my water in at least!
