Sorry, I meant to post yesterday but didn't have much time. So here I go!

My goals are:

Stop procrastinating on my homework and just DO it!
Find 3 good things that happened to me (or that I MADE happen) each day
Get to level H of DDR Supernova II (it's a dancing game)

I don't have a scale and won't be able to go to the gym until tomorrow (today my exercise is going to be deep-cleaning the house and an hour of DDR), but I think I'm about 187.

On the note of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), that constitutes cardio, right? It's the video game where you use a mat to hit the arrows at the appropriate times. I'm not a beginner, I'm between "Standard" and "Heavy" so I do work up a sweat pretty quickly when doing it. Just wanted to know if it applied, so far no one else has mentioned it.

rollsnomore - I wish! cute name

My Goals

1) Plan dinner the day before (always "forget" to thaw something
2) Try one new recipe
3) Watch my grain portions!!!!!

My weight is 150 (finally)

Nice to see your team seems quite motivated so far !

Chantali, I would totally consider DDR as cardio. It can be quite a great one, as long as you don't take too long breaks between each song !

Have fun !

Hi everyone!

I ate beachy yesterday but I did not manage to get my my cardio im as planned so now DH and I are off to take a nice power walk. I am going to use my resistance bands later today for strength training.

Water is getting harder to remember, so I am glad I am back in the challenges!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi ateam Rollsnomore!

Well Mondays are my official weigh ins so from Saturday AM I am up 2 LBS!!! UGHHH!! In all honesty, I had a really bad (unplanned) SB night on Saturday on top of a planned splurge I had Frirday nite, and voila, a gain.

My walk went well and SB eating has been good yesterday and today. I am doing strength training today and after my coffee, I am drinking my water.
Chantali How was your DDR? That sounds like fun.

Well I hope everyone has a greaqt rest of the day!

Jo Ann

I've really been doing pretty good with eating, but for the last 2 monthes I've really fallen off on my exercise. So I think the major portion of my goals need to focus around that

To exercise at least 30 mins, 4 times this week. (Yoga dvd or routine from mags)
Walk my one mile loop at least 5 times this week

That might not be all. I have to think about it some more. And find that scoresheet

Doing good food wise, down a little more this morn. Did my 1 hr aerobic and 1 hr strength class today, felt great! Our part-time girl quit, so it means I may have to cover some of her hours. She worked mornings, which is when I work out. Leaving Wednesday for a overnight seminar, will bring some food with me. Last year the breakfast they provided was sweet rolls and some fruit. I suggested they add some healthy choices, we'll see if they listened. I'll also miss my aerobic/strength class on Wednesday  I know I won't work out there, we do usually try walk a little. There is a large waterpark, but that would mostly be sitting.

Hi team!

I got my cardio and strength in today and at lunch I am going to sit in the sauna. Food went well last nite-I was at a reception and I stayed beachy. This week I am trying to stay off peanut butter (the infamous SB PB cup) so we'll see where this takes me.

Hope everyone is doing great!

Take care!

Hello everyone! I'm sorry I haven't posted sooner I have been SUPER busy at work! I am currently doing my slim in six workouts three times a week and trying to get on the treadmill as well. I'M DETERMINED! I have lost 16 pounds as of this morning since the beginning of August.

My goals for the week are:

DRINK WATER! - I do dirnk water but I know I need to drink more!
KEEP SLIM IN SIX GOING - The dvd workous kick my butt... but I can see my body changing for the better. I'm going away to VA from Weds-Sun but I'm bringing my workout DVD with me. I must not let myself get in that "vacation eating mode"!
Only weigh in once a week! I have a tendency to want to hop on the scale everyday.... so I slid the scale WAY under the bed so it's a pain to reach!

Jo Ann

Did my 40min yoga fat burning workout tape last night, then went for a 15min walk/jog this morning.

Feelin' good, feelin' great!

Go team go!!

Gunna have to search and find what kinds of strenth training exercises I can do, for maximum scoring :D
