My doctor recommended this diet to me after I went in for my annual physical and had gained about 30 lbs or so. I complained about feeling like I was ninety instead of feeling like someone in their 40's. The Dr said even 10 extra lbs on someone can cause a lot of things - like feeling crappy. I definitely like to eat, but really hated feeling like 10 lbs of bologna in a 2 lb bag!
Since starting this diet on Mar 29th, I have not experienced headaches, nausea, constipation, diarrhea or anything else I have seen people post about, EXCEPT a little tiredness the first week. I cheated last weekend by having some fried calamari and some espresso cheesecake (we went out) and as of this morning I have lost 19 lbs!
So I just wanted to say.............stick with it!! :D |

Good for you Leese.
I'm glad that SB is working as well for you as it is for me. I felt a little lethargic the first few days, but as someone said it was probably having to do with getting up 5 times a night to get rid of all my water consumption. I had no withdrawl symptoms although I did give up caffeine the first week or so. |

Leese-
Thanks for your post! I have been enjoying the diet too. I have felt none of the symptoms. After my first week, I even added in walking for two miles a day. I am a week and a half into the diet and I am down 10 lbs (since May 5)
I was actually beginning to think I was doing something wrong b/c I felt so good. |
