| i need help i don't know how to set my goals i know i want to loose 30 lbs. i workout everyday for 1 hour to 90 minutes i have lost only 7 lbs in phase one the first week but seems that i'm not loosing anymore. when i started phase 1 i weighted 162 now i'm 155 but few days ago was 153.i'm getting discourage by this. i would like to go back to my weight before i had my son(he is 5) which was 115 but i'll be happy to weight 120 or 125. can anybody help me. :? |

| I'm discouraged too. I'm fnishing my 3rd week of Phase 1 and haven't lost a pound this week, and only lost 5 the first two weeks. I have about 60 to lose, so this is entirely too slow! HELP! |

2 or 3 pounds a week is actually very fast weight loss. The people who greatly exceed that are usually those with 100 or more pounds to lose.
Pick up a 5 pound bag of something in the grocery store and think about how it would be to have to carry it around all of the time.
Hang in there- it takes time to take it off, like it took time to put it on! |
