| Does anyone else use a mini trampoline to work out? I grew up playing a ton of sports but once I hit high school I stopped completely and since then have learned to hate exercising. so I decided last year to try to find a form of exercise that could be fun.. so i thought back to times when i was way younger and remembered how much fun it was to do things like hula hooping and trampolining. I bought a weighted hula hoop which is fun but what really worked for me was buying a mini trampoline. I hate working out in public (aka at the gym or anywhere visible to the public) so instead last year I began running in place on my mini trampoline at home every time I watched tv. I ended up doing this on average for about 1 hr 3-5 times a week and lost 7 pounds! best workout ever. i really recommend it. |

I have actually thought about buying one of these and I looked at them very recently. Theres two kinds now the kind thats been out and the one that tilts I would stick to the regular one for sure.
I know people that have had great success using these.
Thats great its working out well for you. Congrats on the weight loss.

| Nowadays, they call the mini-tramp an "urban rebounder". I guess changing the name makes it sound updated and new! I have seen that there is an episode of "The Caribbean Workout" on FitTv where they use the urban rebounder. I haven't actually watched it (just deleted from my tivo), because I don't have one, but it sounded kind of fun. |
