Finding myself to be less famished at lunch time!

I am in my first week of Phase II and I must say that within the past few days I have really noticed that I just am not as famished as I used to be! It is approaching 12:45pm and I am thinking--oh man, I better eat lunch soon. MY GOD! For anyone who knows me they would be like, "hurry up and get that girl some food before she gets cranky!!" Because prior to SB I was so famished by noon that if I didn't get some lunch, I was very cranky! And that was with eating cereal for breakfast, pretzels for a mid morning snack and who knows what else--all before noon!

I am just so happy that I was introduced to the SB WOE and I know it is a WOE I can follow for life! :D

Yeah, I'm getting less and less hungry as time goes by

I'm on like 4 months now and I'm never really starving like I used to be.

I used to come home from work so hungry I would gobble stuff up before I started making dinner.

Now I just grab a little legal snack in the late afternoon and I'm cool till dinner time.

Same thing for lunch, I would snack in the morning and still be really hungry at lunch time

Now I have to make myself remember to stop and eat lunch
