I am disgusted with myself. I havent been able to control myself today, although nothing totally SBD unfriendly,but havent been able to stop eating, but, and here is the big BUT I am totally pre-mens, and this is prob my bad day, cause woke up feeling grouchy, and cranky. Today I had a late brekfast, so that didnt help, cause being sunday there is no routine, anyway had bacon, 1 egg, tomatoes and mushrooms and 3 ryvita with sunflower seeds and whole oats, so they ok. Then on way to swimming with kids I had some mixed nuts, prob more than I should. Then when we got home, and here is where it starts to go downhill!!! - i got home and had 2 squares of 75% choc then ate the rest of the bar 5 more squares, then found 2 sausages under the grill that dh had left there and I was just too tempted, and finally had done roast chicken and ate some of the skin. But on the upside, I did creamed potatoes for the rest of family and didnt give in, but oh now I feel sluggish. Please tell me is this an indication that i should move back onto phase 1, even if it is hormonally induced, or should I just tell myself thats it, and get back to where I was. Was doing so Brilliantly up to today. Im in week 3 of phase 2 by the way.
