i want to take multivitamin , there are my questions
1. I want to know which one Majority of the people take
2. Is it possible to take a Liquid form ? If so name a few

sorry have been out of the sb boards for quite sometime...
lots of personal issues need to be figure out... ah well sometimes its very hard to find solutions.
i have stopped centrum. i am taking only biotin and b-12. |
