Hello everyone,

I had mentioned I was interested in getting the slim in six workouts since I started the SB WOE. I have been using them the past 3.5 weeks every other day. I am on my second disc and IT WORKS! In a month or so I will post a before and after! :-) I'm down 14 pounds so far (.1 away from 15!) and I know it's not just water weight... I am becoming more and more toned as well. My legs feel great (and my arms) and my energy are excellent! The inches are coming off.. I'm down a pants size already too!

For those of you that were interested you should give it a try. I have been doing it with a great friend of mine so we keep each other motivated and push each other. It helps me SO Much... I don't know if I would have stuck to it on my own... and I don't think she would have either.

Would you mind telling me a little more about them...is it cardio or strength, how long is each session, is it a different workout each day, where you bought yours, etc? I am really interested in getting them, maybe for Christmas, but I like to have as much info as possible. I am so glad that it is working for you! I am down to my last 15 or 20 pounds and I would love to lose that last bit, maybe slim in 6 could help.

It is actually a combination of cardio and strength, which is what I like so much about it! The set that I have came with 2 dvds. On one dvd there is Start it up! and Ramp it up! You do Start it up for 2 weeks (or I did at least) until you've mastered it... then on to Ramp it up for two weeks (or until you've mastered that one). Then finally on to Burn it up for the final two weeks. ALSO on your days off... there is an 11 minute Slim in Six pack session you can do that is GREAT for your Abs as well as a Slim and Limber for stretching. I'm all about how I feel... and the next day after doing these work outs... I FEEL IT. You know it works when you can feel it. It's NOT easy.. but is working out suppose to be? The thing that I love is now that I know the workouts... I can mute the TV and put on my OWN music which really gets me going. The workouts aren't that long either and time flies by. There is a timer on the TV too for each section of working out... so it's nice when you are working out your legs and you are feeling the burn... but you look on the screen and you know that you only 1 or 2 minutes left of it you know? Burn it up is TOUGH. I haven't got there yet but I did watch it. Start it up is only 24 minutes and Ramp it Up is 47 I believe. Also mine came with a calender and some diet information... but I don't need that! I have the SB WOE. :-) With a combination of the two... you will be good to go.

I purchased mine from amazon. They have some used you can buy so it's not nearly as expensive as purchasing it on their website. ALSO if you go on Amazon, you can read some of their reviews as well. I HATE working out... but this really does make me WANT to do it because I'm feeling AND seeing the results so quickly. Stick to it... and you will too.

I hope I've helped!

Thanks so much for the info! You were very helpful. I am taking a weight lifting class at my college right now, but if I don't see many results from that then I am definitely going to purchase slim in six!

zeati1, do you need to have weights for the strengthening portion of the DVD's? I like the sound of building from 1 phase to the next! I'm going to check out Amazon.

That's a good question and something that I forgot to point out. After the first two weeks Debbie (the lady on the tape) uses a resistence band HOWEVER she said that 1-3 pound weights would suffice. I have been using 1.5 pound weights and trust me... that is enough. You get a killer arm workout!
