| My husband has been getting headaches in the back of his head almost the whole time we've been on this diet--we're almost to the third week of phase 2--so that makes at least four total weeks on the diet. He's never been a caffeine user so I know it's not a problem with going off of that. He's never even eaten as much sugar as I've eaten in the past and I haven't had any headaches from any "detoxing" or anything. Has anyone else had this problem--or any suggestions? |

| Maybe he's not getting enough milk or beans? |

I remember reading somwhere that hypoglycemia can cause pressure headaches in the back of the head.
Maybe like Cortcase said, he's not getting enough good carbs like dairy and beans. |

| Well, I put about 1/4 cup of red or black beans in his salad everyday for lunch, and he has been having two servings of dairy per day. Maybe he needs more than that? |
