I wouldn't worry about "drinking too much water." Unless you're drinking several gallons a day, a normal healthy adult is not going to suffer for having too much. It certainly isn't going to hurt your SB plan. Most people don't get enough as it is.
As for choices when out, I would hope that your sister would be supportive of your new lifestyle choice. Tell her you're trying to make a change to be healthier and let her know your food limitations. I don't know what phase you're on, but it's not too hard to find options you can have at most places - salads, grilled chicken dishes and such. Don't be afraid to ask for special changes if you need to like having dressing on the side, substituting a side salad for fries, no bread, etc. |
