if one does not properly hydrate and fuel their bod with the correct foods after increased exercise, does one become a huge bloated blimp for days until they smarten up and do it?

Me neither. Do you mean after a run? Bloated where? Certainly not last more than a couple of hours if hydrating.

I suppose it's a possible short-term reaction but you said "days." Any time I've ever been dehydrated or bonked I've looked and felt it. Bloating was sort of the opposite of what I was.

When dehydrated my symptoms were dizziness and nausea. Bloated seems like an odd response from the body. With your sensitivities could it be attributed to a food that was not gluten free that you thought maybe was? Caseinate?(sp?)
