Is SB doable with limited food likings?

I posted this in Phase 1 and thought I would put it here too. I forgot to mention that I would like to lose another 30 lbs.

I just lost 30 lbs in 10 weeks with Quick Weight Loss Centers. The last 2 weeks I did not gain or lose anything. I think it is because I am so bored eating the same things so I am cheating. I do not like seafood, cheese, yogurt, most vegetables (only broccoli and salad greens, cucumbers). Basically its eggs in the morning, chicken and salad for lunch, chicken, beef or lamb for dinner. Do you think that 2 weeks of Phase 1 might jumpstart a weight loss? Is SB doable for someone like me being such a picky eater?

I'm worst eater that you and I did lose about 6 lbs PH1. I guess its possible.

It's entirely possible to do SB with a limited palette, but the problem is boredom. The phase 1 list is already pretty limited, and a lot of people get bored even without limiting the choices even further.

However, if you've been on the Quick Weight Loss Centers diet for ten weeks, starting SB Phase 1 is probably not going to "jump start" your weight loss. SB might be less expensive for you, though, which is a plus.
