SB can't make a person become lactose intolerant. Maybe you are drinking larger portions of milk now, and the smaller portions you used to drink were fine. Or maybe it's something entirely different that's causing the problem, and you're attributing it to milk. Check your foods for sugar alcohols and maltodextrin, for instance. You don't happen to eat Fiber One, do you?

Try cutting out all the fake sugar for a few days. Many people react badly to it especialy in large anounts. Although many people become lactose intolerate as they age it's gradual, you'd notice a change over years not weeks.

Ditto on the gassy/bloated feeling with sugar subs. I was using those packets that you pour into a bottle....I think it was by nestea....anyways my stomach was killing me!
