Some kind of thigh thingy

Hi everyone,

I work out six days a week, but my inner thighs are still ugly and loose. Can anyone recommend some kind of inexpensive exercise device that can aid in tightening that up? Maybe a thigh master? LOL They're about $10-12 on Amazon, but I was wondering if they actually do anything.

For reference, my exercising throughout the week consists of exercise bike, jog/walk on treadmill, elliptical machine and aerobics with weight intervals.

Thanks!

I think I saw those thigh thingies at Target the other day.

A Pilates resistance circle would use the same principles.

You could also try ankle weights with leg lifts.

For me, those things help minimally for the inner thighs. They firmed up more when I made my cardio more vigorous using HIIT-type principles.

By the way, your photos look awesome!!

I can tell you a good one get a stability ball just dont get the to big one place this against the wall in the small part of your back lower your body into a squat position holding the ball against the wall do this for as many sets as you can stand it and the next day you will be so sore. When doing any squats make sure your knees dont hyperextend in other words knees dont go past the feet.
I have seen people at the gym using those pilates rings for resistance.
The bands work good for this to theres so many exercises you can do with them for the legs.

I too tried that one a long time ago. I don't recommend it.

The bands are great and inexpensive. They make two kinds some that are tube like some that are flat bands both are good.
The flat ones can be tied in a knot to get more resistance and to have a circle to go around legs that you pull outward against.
The balls are good because you can lay on them on your stomach kick your legs back towards your butt and out to the side all the while working on your balance its tricky but you can feel it.
Walmart carrys both in the sporting goods section the balls are like 10.00 bands about the same maybe a lil cheaper. The color of balls is the height of the ball and the colors of the bands has to to do with the resistance of the band.
You can do the bands and the balls both while watching tv and before you know it you have done this for 30 minutes.
