I will be doing more walking in my SBD WOL and heard these shoes are the bomb for walkers.
Got any feedback? |

I've heard they're good for body alignment, but not how.
What have you heard about them? How are they the bomb for walking? |

Some guy in Europe (Sweden, Finland, ?) designed them to equate with the Masai way of walking. I guess the bottoms are pretty much like a rocker and your balance is centered to the middle when standing unless you sway front and back which keeps the pressure off any particular area and supposedly strengthens many muscles in the ankles, legs and back.
I have read the stuff on the website and talked to two people who have them but I want more research from direct experience.
I flashed back to the 70's and thought immediately of earthshoes (not the earth shoes brand of today). |

They ROCK! (Literally!) These shoes did wonders for my plantar fasciitis, and I now have three different pairs in different styles. (I'm kind of appalled at how much money I've spent on shoes in the last year, but it's still cheaper than foot surgery!) They're FABULOUS for walking, and I really, really, really love them.
