All,

I have been eating morning star farms garden veggie patties as breakfast continuously for about 5 months now as it is quite easy as a protein choice for the fast morning breakfast.
But I am very concerned and worried now , as i read somewhere that soy consumption may causes infertility ? Is this true?

I am already 31 , will it cause infertility , SBD really helped regulate my periods, but for the past couple months its been little delayed. Last thing i have to worry now is the infertility as am planning to start a family in a year .

please someone help, will this five months conitnuous consumption wud have caused enough damage? Can this be reversed or do i sound absolutely meaningless ???

raj, I can see where you might be concerned.
"Google" soy and infertility and tons of "horror" stories pop up from many different (and not necessarily reliable) sources.

Here is an article from WebMd that might put your mind at ease...
